What you give us

When you register we ask for your first name, last name, and email address. Your phone number is optional — it's only there if you'd like text reminders.

We also see basic technical details from the form itself, so we can tell that a sign-up came from this page.

What we use it for

To hold your seat and send you the session details, the joining link, and reminders.

To follow up afterwards about this session, and about future sessions, training, and content from AI Innovision and Alicia Lyttle.

If you share a phone number, to send text reminders about the session. You don't have to give one to attend.

We don't sell your information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with the tools that help us run the session — for example registration, email, texting, calendar, and webinar platforms — and only as much as each one needs to do its job.

Your choices

You register voluntarily, and you can change your mind at any time. Unsubscribe from any email, reply STOP to any text, or ask us to remove your details and we'll do it.

How long we keep it

Long enough to run the session and to stay in touch about future ones. If you ask us to delete your details, we take you off our sending lists.

The session may take place on a platform we don't own, and this site may link out. Those services have their own privacy practices — this policy only covers what you give us here.

Children

This session isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
